This page explains how you can convert a Gift Card that you have received into season tickets or entry passes for Riverhill Himalayan Gardens. Before you visit the gardens, you must redeem your gift card online. You cannot bring a Gift Card to the front gate as we do not have the ability to redeem them onsite.
Copy your unique 16-digit Redemption Code that is written on your Gift Card email or printout.
Make note of the amount of the Gift Card.
Select from the ticket and pass options below and add to your cart.
Paste your Redemption Code into the relevant box at checkout.
After checkout, you will receive an email confirmation. Bring your email confirmation number with you to the gardens.

Your gift card email or printout will show the amount that can be redeemed online for season tickets or entry passes only. They cannot be used in person at our entry gate, shop or cafe, or for any products or services aside from the tickets/passes on this page. Gift cards should be redeemed for their full amount; we cannot give refunds or partial refunds for any unused amount. Gift cards are non-refundable and have no monetary value.
Gift card amounts have been designed to be equivalent to our entry pass or season ticket prices. However, you may choose to redeem your gift card amount for any combination of entry passes or season tickets below. If your gift card amount is less than the total amount due, you will be able to pay the balance by credit/debit card at checkout. If you do not redeem your card in the same season as they were purchased, please note that the prices of our entry passes or season tickets may no longer be equivalent to the gift card amount.
